Purpose of PM Modi Schemes

Self-reliant India Employment Scheme has been started by the Finance Minister of our country Nirmala Sitharaman on 12 November 2020. This scheme has been launched to promote employment in India emerging from the COVID-19 era. Under the Self-Reliant India Employment Scheme, subsidy will be provided by the government to all those establishments who will make new recruitments. The main objective of this scheme is to encourage new employment. Employment will increase in the country through the self-reliant India Employment Scheme. Through this scheme, people who had lost their employment due to the Corona period, it will be easy for them to get employment.

The scope of Operation Green scheme has been increased by the Government of India due to the Corona period. Operation Green Scheme is being operated by the Ministry of Fertilizer Processing Industries of the Central Government under the Self-Reliant India Campaign. Under this scheme, fair price of fruits and vegetables will be provided by the government. For this, the government has set a budget of 500 crores. Now potatoes, onions, tomatoes along with fruits and vegetables have also been included under Operation Green scheme. Under this scheme, the objective of saving the farmers doing horticulture cultivation has been set.

Matsya Sampada Yojana

As you all know, the government has set a target of doubling the income of farmers by the year 2022. Keeping this in mind, the government has started Matsya Sampada Yojana. The objective of Matsya Sampada Yojana is to increase the export of fisheries sector by the government. Through this scheme, efforts will be made to increase the income of farmers associated with fisheries and dairy. The government has set a budget of ₹ 20000 crore for Matsya Sampada Yojana. Under this scheme, emphasis will also be given on fish farming of sea and pond.

Vivad se Vishwas scheme

Vivad se Vishwas scheme has been launched by the government to resolve various tax issues. All appeals under this scheme will be withdrawn by the Income Tax Department and taxpayers. Vivad se Vishwas scheme is specially for those people against whom an appeal has been made by the Income Tax Department at a higher forum. So far 45855 cases have been resolved through Vivad se Vishwas scheme. Under which an amount of Rs 72,780 crore tax has been received by the government.

PM Vani Scheme

PM Vani Yojana has been started by our country’s Prime Minister Narendra Modi on 9th December 2020. Under this scheme, Wi-Fi facility will be made available in all public places. This facility will be completely free. WiFi revolution will come in the country through PM Vani Yojana. So that business will also get a boost and employment opportunities will also increase. Public Data Centers will be opened all over the country for successful implementation of PM Vani Yojana. Through which Wi-Fi facility will be provided to all the citizens of the country.

Production Linked Incentive Scheme

Production Linked Incentive Scheme was launched on 11th November 2020. Domestic manufacturing will be promoted under this scheme. 10 other major sectors including medicines, auto components, automobiles have been included in the Production Linked Incentive Scheme. Production Linked Incentive Scheme will increase manufacturing and reduce dependence on imports in the country. Exports will also increase through this scheme. So that the economy of the country will improve. A budget of Rs 1,45,980 crore has been set by the government for the Production Linked Incentive Scheme.

Prime Minister Kusum Yojana : Through the Pradhan Mantri Kusum Yojana, farmers will be provided with solar powered solar pumps for irrigation.
